Terms and Conditions
If circumstances, or policies in your organization change, and you can no longer attend The Disaster Conferences, you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund, less a $125 administration fee, up to 30 days before the Conference date. If within 30 days of the Conference date we will not be able to refund your registration if you cancel, however you can make a substitution at any time or be given credit towards a future conference. Please see the substitution policy for details. If you don’t attend the Conference and have paid your registration fee, you will not be refunded.
Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email.
• Email: email@example.com
If you are paying by check, please note that the check must be postmarked by the corresponding deadline date in order to receive that pricing. A purchase order is not an accepted form of payment.
